Ashley ColemanFounder and CEO, Titanium Ninja
Ashley Coleman is a creative strategist, entrepreneur, and systems builder who has spent more than a decade helping businesses, organizations, and new ideas become something people can understand, trust, and support.
Before launching Titanium Ninja, Ashley worked across branding, media, community programs, business development, and startup strategy.
She served as Creative Director for BossFightz Gaming & Media, helping build the brand, develop campaigns, support major live events, and raise more than $278,000 in friends-and-family funding.
She has also worked alongside community health organizations, founders, nonprofit leaders, and small-business owners to develop programs, websites, outreach campaigns, pitch materials, and customer systems.
That experience revealed the same problem again and again:
Great business owners were doing strong work, but their websites, customer follow-up, and marketing systems were not keeping up.
Some were trying to manage everything through social media and personal text messages. Others were paying for software they did not understand or agency services that never felt connected to the actual business.
Ashley created Titanium Ninja to close that gap. The goal is not to turn every business owner into a marketer or technology expert.
The goal is to give them a professional foundation, straightforward tools, and someone who can explain how the pieces work together.
Our culture was not created in a committee meeting.
It came from doing the work, solving real problems, and refusing to make marketing more complicated than it needs to be.
